LostorMissingOrder
Q. Where is my order ?
A. If you have supplied an email on your order form, then we are able to send you out an email with your shipping information WHEN we ship your order. It will have your delivery confirmation # in that email. You can take that number and go to usps.com and put it in the tracking search and this should tell you something. Please note that the post office leagally only has to scan your package WHEN it is delivered. However, MOST post offices will scan it when its been received into their facility. Not all post offices will do this. Some leave all the responsibility of the final scan to the postman when he/she delivers it.
In the event that your order is lost, we WILL reship the order, unless it is an item that can not be replaced. In that event we will give you a refund. However, we HAVE to stick to the same guidelines as what the post office has set. We hope that you will understand and allow the proper time for the post to do their job. (On a personal note, I think it stinks and is rather unfair that we, the post office's Customer, are forced to PURCHASE "Insurance" for them to do the job we have already paid them to do: deliver a package. We already paid for them to deliver it, why should we pay extra to make sure they do it ? ) We do ask that you notify us if you have not received your order within 14 days so we can be aware of the issue and be on the lookout.
This is their policy:
o Item mailed with Insurance
Please allow twenty-one (21) days from the date of mailing for your item to arrive. Using the Insurance label ID numbers, you can check the delivery status online via Track and Confirm on usps.com or you can obtain information by calling 1-800-222-1811. If the proper amount of time has passed and the item has not arrived, you may file a claim. For more information about filing an insurance claim, go to the Submitting a Domestic Insurance Claim FAQ.
***In the event that a package from us is lost, WE will fight the post office for the claim, you will not have to do that.
