I have made these in an ASFM 16" length and in a 19" XL length for the larger person. . The alligator clips have a few teeth in the front to gently hold the bib. This length can vary by about 1/2". This length will be good for the average size person. This chain is an awesome 6mm pink beaded chain. Very pretty pink color.  I have painted the alligator clips with at least 5 layers of high quality paint to match the chain.
