The hook part is 15mm x 12mm and the eye part is 16mm x 11mm. The center connector is a super strong fig 8 connecting link. Total length is about 1 1/4" long.

If you wish to use this as a toggle converter, your toggle opening (the hole) will need to be at least 11mm. The bar will need to be at least 19mm long.
