Debbie looks fabulous in her long white tutu dress. The little hair poof is made of the same tulle as the bottom of the dress. The top part of the dress ties around her neck but will stay up on its own if you wanted to just make a bow with the ribbon. The shall is removeable by untieing or simply lifting off her head. Ive shown a pic with and without it. While I made this specifically for 18" dolls, it will also fit other dolls with a waist at least 9" around. This also fits newborn babies.  Current colors available are in the photo.
